All our cows had to undergo a genetic (hair) analysis to select only the producers of this protein called A2, which does not contain Casomorphin-7, (a potentially harmful compound present in conventional milk), it is the absence of this compound that makes to A2 milk with better digestion, tolerance by most people and rich in omega 3.
