Contains potassium. For circulation, heart health, headaches, and muscle aches; lowers blood pressure, and helps with colds and flu. Traditional Mexican tea with a rich flavor. Can be enjoyed hot or cold with sweetened milk.
Preparation: Boil 1 cup of water and add 1 teaspoon of the herbs. Cover and let steep for a few minutes. Strain, sweeten if desired, serve, and enjoy.
Ingredients: Cymbopogon citratus (lemongrass) grown at the Agua Escondida Agroecological Ranch.
